Radical Reigns
The burgeoning anti-racism movement in the United States continues as nine days of protests have passed after the murder George Floyd by Derek Chauvin, a policeman in Minneapolis Minnesota.
We’d like to highlight the Black women who have been at the forefront of the struggle, such as Ijeoma Oluo, Breonna Taylor, and Patrisse Khan-Cullors. We’ll also talk about radical feminist leaders throughout history.
Many have expressed that “it is a privilege to learn about racism, rather than experience it,” which is a testament to the strength of the women on the verge of this movement.
